so, tonight is New Years, and I am spending it in Philadelphia with Billy and some of his HS friends.  We're going to a bar, Downey's, and it's supposed to be fun I guess.  I'm happy I didn't have to plan it for once...now I have to figure out what to wear tonight.  any thoughts?
